Three miracles In one verse

Allah said :

So, whomsoever ALLAH intends to guide, HE expands his chest for the acceptance of Islam; and whomsoever HE intends that he should go astray, HE makes his chest narrow and tight, as though he was mounting up into the skies.1

There was scientific informations

which summerized in one verse of the holy qura'n...

1*who goes up in the sky will suffer lack of oxygen

which make his chest narrow...

2* the pressure goes down in high level

when you going up in the sky and

the chest become tight due to the lake of the pressure

3*the word "ysaad " in the verse of qura'n means go level by level.

so

when one goes up to sky level by level

there was a lake in oxygen ,

lake in pressure from level to level up,

the chest become narrow and tight..

so let's take a deep look in this verse..

in these particular words..

how does our prophet mohamad peace and pray upon him

knew these Informations before more than 1400 years ago

and choosed this particular words

"tight , narrow , yasaad"?!!!!

فَمَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَهدِيَهُ يَشْرَحْ صَدْرَهُ لِلْإِسْلَامِ وَمَنْ يُرِدْ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُ

يَجْعَلْ صَدْرَهُ ضَيِّقًا حَرَجًا كَأَنَّمَا يَصَّعَّدُ فِي السَّمَاءِ
